Full marketing and creative solution to increase brand awareness and engagement locally

Our client tendered for a local marketing agency to take over full marketing services for City Health Care Partnership’s (CHCP) Healthy Routes Wigan and Leigh, Smokefree St. Helens and Smokefree Knowsley, looking for marketing expertise as well as knowledge of the local area, people and competition. Following a successful tendering process, CHCP’s North West teams came on board in spring 2018.

Working with the area managers and service providers we identified the specific target audience the service is looking to attract, previous and ongoing marketing in place and we immersed ourselves in the client’s business to understand the service, brand values and business goals.

Our Delivery.

Following marketing consultancy with both our client and the local public health team, we developed a marketing strategy and plan for each of CHCP’s North West localities, varying depending on who each wanted to appeal to. Regular communication ensures we meet CHCP’s brand guidelines, requirements and marketing needs, as well as running marketing plans and any artwork past the councils.

Through monthly strategic and activity planning, CHCP’s qualified Marketing Managers deliver a unique range of marketing support, collateral and campaigns which has significantly increased local awareness of the health improvement Healthy Routes and the Smokefree services offer. Regular contact and strong relationships with each of the services enabled us to quickly understand what each locality needed, implementing a full marketing strategy in-house.
