- All hosted services are stored in UK-based, ISO 27001-certified datacentres. Data is backed up across multiple sites.
- N+1 specification datacentres offer automatic backup in the event of power or air-conditioning failure. Power supplies are resilient, with diesel power generation backup.
- Datacentres are securely protected 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through security barrier systems, CCTV surveillance monitoring, visual verification and swipe card entry, and are installed with extensive fire safety measures, cooling and climate control.
- Advanced spam and firewall protection guards against 99% of spam.
- Email data is backed up and secured in the cloud.
- We have installed SSL Site Security Certification on all managed and hosted websites where approved by clients. This is included as standard in our website hosting packages.
