With a necessity for a local marketing agency to work with its North West teams, City Health Care Partnership (CHCP) tendered for marketing agencies in the local area to provide marketing support for Healthy Routes in Wigan and Leigh, Smokefree St Helens and Smokefree Knowsley.
Following a successful tendering process, CHCP’s North West teams came on board in spring 2018. CRE8’s marketing experts worked with area managers and service providers to identify a specific target audience for each service, previous and ongoing marketing in place and our marketing agency immersed itself in the client’s organisation to understand the service, brand values and marketing goals.
CHCP first approached CRE8 marketing agency looking for a local complete marketing service. Subsequently, CRE8’s experienced team also picked up the delivery of creative graphic design services to provide an all-round and in-house solution.
Our solution delivered a complete range of marketing and creative skills to increase local awareness of the range of health improvement support Healthy Routes and the Smokefree services offer. Working closely with team leaders and area managers, CHCP’s dedicated marketing managers deliver a unique range of marketing support, collateral and campaigns.
The aim of our proposal was to deliver a cohesive 12-month marketing and creative strategy that delivers a review and identification of key brand messages, increased local brand awareness and new enquiries.
Following marketing consultancy with both our client and the local public health team, Paul and Vicki developed a marketing strategy and plan for each of CHCP’s North West localities, varying depending on who each wanted to appeal to. Our in-house marketing team delivers everything the client needs to market its services, including content, campaign planning, PR, printed leaflets, social graphics and social media management.
CHCP’s range of services is diverse, and our marketing and creative delivery needed to communicate the full range of free health improvement services our client offers.
Through monthly strategic and activity planning, CHCP’s qualified Marketing Managers deliver a unique range of marketing support, collateral and campaigns which has increased local awareness of the health improvement Healthy Routes and the Smokefree services offer. Regular communication and strong relationships with each of the services enabled us to quickly understand what each locality needed, implementing a full marketing strategy in-house.
We’re proud of the results we’ve achieved with CHCP’s North West teams, from content, press releases and social graphics to digital screens, printed leaflets and consistent project management delivered by experienced marketing managers and graphic designers.
